Stay Pressd’s names, logos, product names, and slogans are trademarks and may not be used without prior written permission.

We may provide access to optional third-party tools. These tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties. Use of these tools is at your own risk.

Future features may also be offered and will be subject to these Terms.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

This section must not be removed or modified.
Stay Pressd is powered by Shopify, but all sales are made directly between you and Stay Pressd. Shopify is not responsible for any purchases, transactions, injuries, losses, or damages resulting from your interactions with Stay Pressd.

You release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims related to your purchases from Stay Pressd.

SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY

Personal information collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read these policies.
